Before commissioning me, please take the time to read through these terms. By placing a commission with me, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.
- All commissions are subject to my current availability and artistic interests.
- By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Original Characters (OCs)
- Fanart
- SFW (Safe for Work) content
- NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content
- Content involving minors in sexual/inappropriate contexts
- Certain fetishes (please ask beforehand if you're unsure)
- Any content that promotes harm, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Content that goes against my personal morals and ethicsIf you have a specific request that isn't mentioned above, feel free to ask. Unless it conflicts with my moral standards, it will likely be acceptable.
Base prices are listed on my price sheet (linked separately). The following additional fees may apply:- Additional characters: +70% of the base price per character
- Complex armor/detailed clothing: +30-60% per character, depending on complexity
- Complex backgrounds: +50-100% depending on detail and complexity
- Additional props or accessories: +10-25%
- NSFW: +100%Final pricing will be confirmed before the commission begins.

- For any amount higher than $500, one half is sent before the work begins, and after the sketch is confirmed the second half is sentInvoices will be sent via the selected payment method. Work will begin only after payment is received.
1. Inquiry and Agreement: Contact me with your commission request via Social Media. I'll respond within 2-5 work days to discuss the details of the commission. If there is no initial contact, try again later and I will get to you as soon as possible after clearing up the schedule.
2. Payment: I will send an invoice for the full, or initial, payment once your commission is approved.
3. Sketch Phase: After payment, I will create and send a sketch for your approval. This is the last stage for any major changes or revisions. For $500+ comissions, the final invoice is sent.
4. Completion: I will complete the artwork and send progress updates as work continues.
5. Delivery: The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format via Discord, email or other discussed platform.
- I allow changes and revisions during the sketch phase only.
- The sketch will be shared specifically for your feedback and approval.
- Once the sketch is approved and I've moved to lineart/coloring, only minor adjustments (color tweaks, small details) are possible.
- Major changes after sketch approval may incur additional fees or require a new commission altogether.
- Provide clear references and detailed descriptions of what you want.
- Respond in a timely manner to sketches and requests for clarification.
- Communicate any concerns or desired changes during the sketch phase.
- Provide all necessary information at the beginning of the commission process.
- I retain all intellectual and artistic rights to the artwork.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
- You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only.
- I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless privacy has been specifically requested and agreed upon.
- The artwork cannot be used for NFTs or AI training purposes under any circumstances.
- If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- If you cancel before the sketch phase begins, a partial refund may be provided minus a processing fee.
- No refunds will be given after sketch approval or if the commission is already in progress.
