Commission Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, please take the time to read through these terms. By placing a commission with me, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

General Terms

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.
- All commissions are subject to my current availability and artistic interests.
- By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

What I Draw

- Original Characters (OCs)
- Fanart
- SFW (Safe for Work) content
- NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content

What I Don't Draw

- Content involving minors in sexual/inappropriate contexts
- Certain fetishes (please ask beforehand if you're unsure)
- Any content that promotes harm, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Content that goes against my personal morals and ethicsIf you have a specific request that isn't mentioned above, feel free to ask. Unless it conflicts with my moral standards, it will likely be acceptable.

Pricing and Additional Fees

Base prices are listed on my price sheet (linked separately). The following additional fees may apply:- Additional characters: +70% of the base price per character
- Complex armor/detailed clothing: +30-60% per character, depending on complexity
- Complex backgrounds: +50-100% depending on detail and complexity
- Additional props or accessories: +10-25%
- NSFW: +100%Final pricing will be confirmed before the commission begins.

Accepted Payment Methods:
- Ko-fi
- PayPal
- RevolutPayment Schedule:
- For sketch commissions: 100% payment upfront before work begins
- For all other commission types: 50% deposit to secure your slot and begin work, remaining 50% after sketch approval and before proceeding to lineart/coloringInvoices will be sent via the selected payment method. Work will begin only after payment is received.

Commission Process

1. Inquiry and Agreement: Contact me with your commission request via Social Media. I'll respond within 2-5 work days to discuss the details of the commission. If there is no initial contact, try again later and I will get to you as soon as possible after clearing up the schedule.
2. Payment: I will send an invoice for the initial payment once your commission is approved.
3. Sketch Phase: After payment, I will create and send a sketch for your approval. This is the stage for any major changes or revisions.
4. Final Payment: For commissions other than sketches, the remaining 50% is due after sketch approval.
5. Completion: After receiving final payment, I will complete the artwork and send progress updates as work continues.
6. Delivery: The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format via Discord, email or other discussed platform.

Revisions Policy

- I allow changes and revisions during the sketch phase only.
- The sketch will be shared specifically for your feedback and approval.
- Once the sketch is approved and I've moved to lineart/coloring, only minor adjustments (color tweaks, small details) are possible.
- Major changes after sketch approval may incur additional fees or require a new commission altogether.

Client Responsibilities

- Provide clear references and detailed descriptions of what you want.
- Respond in a timely manner to sketches and requests for clarification.
- Communicate any concerns or desired changes during the sketch phase.
- Provide all necessary information at the beginning of the commission process.

Rights and Usage

- I retain all intellectual and artistic rights to the artwork.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
- You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only.
- I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless privacy has been specifically requested and agreed upon.
- The artwork cannot be used for NFTs or AI training purposes under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

- If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- If you cancel before the sketch phase begins, a partial refund may be provided minus a processing fee.
- No refunds will be given after sketch approval or if the commission is already in progress.
